2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier partner and location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Sipzz may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via Email or SMS

Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided.


5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct name

  • Complete address

  • Valid phone number

SipZZ is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned.

Reshipping may require additional charges.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

SipZZ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
