At Sipzz, we ensure quality products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or replacement.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

Return Process

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order ID

  •  Videos

  • Reason for return

Refund Process

After approval:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund sent to:

    • Original payment method.

    • The Gift card that can only be used on the website of SipZZ

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Physically damaged by a customer

  • Items without packaging

Cancellation

The Order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed by the customer
